Refund policy

At Sticker Gator LLC, we take pride in our high-quality custom stickers. Because all products are printed on demand and personalized to your specifications, they are considered final sale items and cannot be returned or refunded for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size/color selection by the buyer, or dissatisfaction with the design after approval.Eligible Returns/Refunds
We offer replacements or refunds only in cases of verifiable manufacturing defects (e.g., printing errors, incorrect quantity shipped, or significant damage not caused by shipping) or if the product arrives damaged due to our error.You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to report any issues.  
Provide clear photos of the defect/damage and your order number.  
We will review and respond within 3–5 business days.  
If approved, we will typically reprint and reship the affected items at no extra cost (our preferred resolution) or issue a full refund (excluding original shipping fees) to your original payment method.  
Physical returns are not usually required, but if needed, we will provide instructions and may cover return shipping for verified defects.

Exclusions and Notes  No refunds for shipping delays, lost packages (handled via carrier claims), customs fees (international orders), or incorrect addresses provided by you.  
If you approved a digital proof (if applicable), no refunds for design-related complaints.  
We reserve the right to refuse returns/refunds if abuse is suspected.  
Processing time for approved refunds: 5–10 business days.
